Mary Portas has reviewed the multi-award-winning car hire broker
Holiday Autos and reveals that her experience of vehicle hire was
"rife with extra charges and misleading sales techniques."
The car hire broker Holiday Autos claims to offer 'a fully
inclusive, prepaid car hire, [with] no add-ons, no hidden extras -
as easy and stress-free as possible.' Holiday Autos' website boasts
that it has won major travel industry accolades but after
hearing Mary's review, it isn't surprising that they won't be
getting any prizes from her. Mary asks, "Is transparency and fairly
priced car hire really too much to ask for?"
