Advisory fuel rates rise
HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC) has announced new advisory rates
for drivers claiming reimbursement for fuel expenses incurred while
driving on business.
The rates apply to journeys undertaken by employees on or after 1
March 2011. Employers are not obliged to reimburse their employees
at these rates, which indicate the maximum tax-free level.
