Customer Feedback is Always Welcome
Turner Hire Drive has recently launched an initiative to improve
customer service and satisfaction levels. As part of the campaign,
Turner Hire Drive has created Customer Feedback
Cards which are now available in every branch. The company
can use the information returned to improve on customer
satisfaction ratings. These ratings are continually improving
and monitored through our customer surveys. At Turner
Hire Drive our saying is 'Hire Vehicles, Higher Standards' and in
order to maintain high standards for car hire,
van hire, minibus hire and
truck hire we realise customer opinions are
vital.

We pride ourselves on the service that is provided to all
of our customers. Many initiatives that we are now running
throughout branches are due to feedback that we have received from
customers. Feedback cards give customers a chance to air their
views, good and bad on how the branches are being run.
Please feel free to fill out the cards and pop into our secure
drop in box. Customers have the choice to remain anonymous or to
leave their name for Turner Hire Drive to provide feedback,
including how we aim to resolve any issues expressed or to say
thank you for their positive comments.
